Event Date: Mike from Assisted Living Locators Long Island helps families find the most suitable community based services for their senior loved one.
An experienced social worker will assess physical and psychosocial needs of seniors, make referrals to a variety of paid and free services, and follow up to monitor progress. This is a tremendous service offered at no charge by the Mid Island JCC.
